1. Embroidery on Different Fabrics - Key Terms
- Fabric Diversity: Embroidery results may vary based on fabric type. Fabric texture and density can impact the outcome.
- Fabric Stability Notice: Delicate fabrics may experience distortion during embroidery. Clients are advised to discuss concerns about fabric stability beforehand.
- Client-supplied Fabrics: We work with client-supplied fabrics but cannot guarantee outcomes. Sample tests are advised for compatibility assessment.
- Testing and Approval: Prior to large-scale projects, sample tests are recommended to assess compatibility. Clients are responsible for fabric testing and approval.
2. Liability for Personal Items Submitted for Embroidery:
- Customer Responsibility: Customers bear sole responsibility for personal items submitted for embroidery. We do not accept liability for any damage, loss, or alterations that may occur during the embroidery process.
- Machine-Related Risks: While our embroidery machines adhere to high maintenance standards, there is a minimal risk (approximately 2%) of unintentional damage to personal items during the embroidery process. United Embroidery is not liable for rare instances of machine-induced damage.
- Inspection of Personal Items: Customers are strongly advised to thoroughly inspect personal items before submitting them for embroidery. Any pre-existing damages or special care instructions should be communicated to us.
- Limitation of Liability: United Embroidery shall not be held liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the embroidery service, including damages caused by the machine. Customers acknowledge and accept the minimal risk associated with our embroidery services.
